    With vertical cylindrical axis with:

    • closed type sloped conic base
    • thermal insulation on the base and on the cylindrical part

    Complete with:

    • Whey loading channel
    • Discharge channel for the remaining whey with pneumatic or manual butterfly valve
    • Upper close
    • Spray balls
    • Heating system with direct steam injection
  • Plate heat recuperator / heater for fatty/lean whey

    • Conical feedbox, capacity up to 100 kg
