Cheese forming

AUTOMATIC SINGLE COLUMN FORMING MACHINE WITH COVER PRESS FOR PRODUCING SEMI-COOKED CHEESE IN A MICROPERFORATED MOULD

This machine was designed to distribute and shape semi-cooked cheese in a microperforated mould. The moulds are moved by the PLC in the main panel that manages the whole plant using a computerised system. This machine quickly and safely fills 1 mould at a time at a rate of approx. 3-4 per minute. It is equipped with a motorised compensator to regulate the quantity of curd during working. All the components can be easily dismantled for accurate sanitation.

The basic machine is made up of:

  • a chain with electromechanical drive
  • feedbox with double shutter, moved pneumatically, and pressing columns
  • belt for loading the curd into the feedbox, with perforated tiles that allow the curd to drip at variable speed
  • synchronised press for covers
  • whey collection tank prepared for pump connection
  • accident prevention safety guards with machine locking sensors

PNEUMATIC COVER EXTRACTOR WITH PNEUMATIC CHEESE EXPELLER

This machine extracts the cover and the cheese from the microperforated mould. The structure of the machine is made of AISI 304 stainless steel; it is electro-pneumatically controlled and equipped with protection guards.

SIMPLE FORMING MACHINE WITH MANUAL LEVELLING

This machine is simple to use: to prepare it just connect it to the multi-purpose plant using a flexible hose or pump.
The curd enters the drip belt, which separates the cheese from the whey, and takes the cheese to the feedbox.
The operator distributes the product, levelling it manually. When finished, the operator presses the start pushbutton to make the loading tray move automatically. A new empty multi-mould tray enters, and the cycle repeats itself.
The forming machine conveyor belt automatically takes the loaded trays to the end of the line.

AUTOMATIC PILE TIPPER

This machine was designed to make tipping the piles of multi-moulds into the dairy laboratories easier. Completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, this machine is electro-pneumatic and equipped with a synchronised system for grasping and rotating the pile. It is run by a PLC that offers the possibility of selecting different work programmes.

FORMING MACHINE – PORTIONING MACHINE WITH C.I.P. WASH

Closed type
Operation: the cheese coming from the multi-purpose tank is positioned in the forming machine, forming a layer of cheese with a pre-set height.
A modular pressing system, made up of filtering plates, totally drains the whey and the curd is moved towards the portioning machine in a straight line by a perforated sheet belt. After being portioned, the cheese is cut into square or rectangular shapes.
